介孔二氧化硅在肿瘤治疗领域的研究进展

摘要: 介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子(Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles,MSNs)因其具有独特介孔结构、良好的生物相容性、较大的比表面积及明确的表面性质,在生物医学领域备受关注。基于介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子的药物递送系统已成为众多科研工作者研究的热点。讨论了介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子与多肽、抗体以及抗体片段、核酸适体、免疫治疗应用相结合后在肿瘤治疗领域的局限性和挑战。最后,对目前介孔二氧化硅药物输送体系在实际应用中存在的问题进行了分析,并对其未来的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs)have attracted much attention for their potential biomedical applications due to its distinctive mesoporous structure,favorable biocompatibility,large specific surface area,tunable pore size,and well-defined surface properties. The drug delivery system based on mesoporous silica nanoparticle have become a research focus for many researchers. Here firstly,we discuss the limitations and challenges while applying the combinations of MSNs with peptides,antibodies and antibody fragments,aptamers,and immunotherapies in cancer therapy. Finally,we analyze the existing problems and outlook the future development trends of mesoporous-silica-based drug delivery systems in practical applications.
