摘要: Nrf2在机体抗氧化、维护机体正常生理功能具有重要作用。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是真核生物中调控基因表达的一类内源性非编码RNA,其大小长约20-25个核苷酸。围绕机体抗氧化相关基因调控的miRNA最新研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Nrf2 plays an important role in the anti-oxidation, maintaining the normal physiological function. MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a kind of endogenous regulators of gene expression, which are eukaryotes non-coding RNA. This article reviewed the recent research progress of miRNAs focused on the antioxidant gene regulation.
