半持久性病毒的介体传播机制研究进展

摘要: 大多数植物病毒依靠昆虫进行传播,半翅目昆虫是最常见的传播介体。昆虫的传毒特性一般分为非持久性、半持久性和持久性传播。介体与其所传播病毒的相互作用机制复杂,主要为外壳机制和辅助机制。目前发现的半持久性病毒主要属于长线形病毒科(Closteroviridae)、花椰菜花叶病毒科(Caulimoviridae)、曲线病毒科(Flexiviridae)和伴生病毒科(Sequiviridae)等。近年来昆虫传毒机制尤其是半持久性病毒的传播机制的研究受到越来越广泛的关注,就该领域的研究进展作一概述。

Abstract: Most of plant viruses are transmitted by insect vectors. Hemipteran is the most common vector which spread viruses in nonpersistent, semipersistent and persistent manner. The complex interactions between vector and virus can be classified into two general mechanisms. One is capsid mechanism and other one is helper mechanism. Semipersistent transmitted viruses mainly belong to Closteroviridae, Caulimoviridae, Flexiviridae and Sequiviridae. In recent years, the mechanism of the virus transmission, especially of semipersistent viruses transmission, has attracted an extensive attention. This paper summarizes the research progress of the mechanisms of semipersistent viruses transmission by vectors.
