摘要: 呼肠孤病毒科是分布最广的病毒类群之一,其中哺乳动物正呼肠孤病毒(Mammalian Orthoreovirus,MRV)属于正呼肠孤病毒属,主要感染哺乳动物的呼吸道和肠道。近年来,MRV的反向遗传学操作技术取得了长足进步,运用该技术,在MRV基因组组装、基因功能及致病机制等方面都获得了较大突破。综述了MRV反向遗传学操作技术的建立过程及运用该技术取得的最新成果,并展望了该技术在呼肠孤病毒科其他病毒中的应用。

Abstract: One of the most widely distributed virus groups is Reoviridae. Mammalian orthoreovirus(MRV)is belonged to the orthoreovirus, which mainly infected the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts of virtually all mammals, including humans. The MRV reverse genetics have improved significantly in recent years. There are several progresses in MRV genome packaging, gene function and pathogenesis based on this technology. Recent advances on the establishment of MRV reverse genetics and its application are discussed in the text.
