摘要: 植物组培脱毒技术可以脱除患病毒病植株的病毒, 起到植株复壮, 提高产量及质量的作用。综述了植物组织培养脱毒的技术方法及其近几年的应用情况, 同时针对药用植物藏红花脱毒球茎培育中应用的脱毒技术做了总结及探讨。

Abstract: The technique of virus elimination in plant tissue culture can eliminate the virus, rejuvenate, and improve yield and quality of plants. This paper summarized the virus-free methods and its application in the recent years, discussed the virus-free methods used in medicinal plant Crocus sativus L..
