摘要: DNA甲基化是真核生物表观遗传学重要的机制之一。近年来,全基因组DNA甲基化在动植物遗传育种领域的研究引起了人们广泛的关注。访问大量基因或整个基因组的甲基化状态的能力将会大大促进对细胞中基因调控性质,以及细胞和环境间相互作用的表观遗传机制的理解。从DNA甲基化图谱、DNA甲基化图谱的构建、DNA甲基化图谱及在动物上的研究进展等方面进行简要综述,并对DNA甲基化图谱的前景进行简要探讨。

Abstract: DNA methylation is one of the important epigenetic mechanisms in eukaryotes. In recent years, more attention was paid upon genome-wide DNA methylation in plant and animal genetics and breeding. The ability to access the methylation status for a large number of genes or the entire genome should greatly facilitate the understanding of the nature of gene regulation in cells, and epigenetic mechanism of interactions between cells and environment. This paper summarized some important aspects of DNA methylation profiles, DNA methylation profiling technologies and the progresses of DNA methylation profiles including animal. Finally, prospect of DNA methylation profiles is given a brief discussion.
