Abstract: Rhizosphere microorganisms are defined as the microbial community in the area of direct impact on the soil of the root surfaceand root of the plant. Rhizosphere microorganisms interact with plant roots are the main medium for the material exchange of plant ecosystems.Studies on rhizosphere microbial community are essential for microbial ecology and plant ecology. In recent years, with the rapid developmentof modern biology techniques, studies on unculturable microbials has made a breakthrough on the natural communities in the rhizosphere. Thisarticle reviews research progresses in the field and summarizes the application of modern biotechnology in the rhizosphere microbial communityto provide a reference for the further in depth study of rhizosphere microorganisms.
