Abstract: In order to understand the reasons for the emergence and transfer of streptomycin-resistance gene in pathogenic bacteria of plants and how to delay the development of streptomycin-resistance. The paper reviewed the streptomycin-resistance mechanisms in pathogenic bacteria of plants, distribution and transfer and the detection methods of resistance genes, conducted a preliminary study on the development of resistance causes and impact on the environment and human, and put forward some preliminary proposals and measures on how to delay the development of streptomycin-resistance.
