Specific Detection of Genetically Modified Rice Bt63 Using Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification

Abstract: It focused on the specific detection of genetically modified rice Bt63 using loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP). The LAMP could effectively detect genetically modified rice Bt63 with high specificity and the sensitivity limit is 0.01%(W/W). LAMP is a rapid and accurate method and would be applied to inspection, quarantine and food safety.
