摘要: 细胞程序性死亡(PCD) 是一种细胞生物学反应,广泛存在于植物的生长发育与抗逆过程,是当今生命科学的研究热点之一。从形态学、生物化学和分子生物学等方面综合分析了植物细胞 PCD 检测方法的研究进展,并对现有植物 PCD 检测技术的不足和解决途径进行了讨论与展望,以期为后续 PCD 研究和应用提供借鉴。

关键词: 细胞程序性死亡, 细胞凋亡, 检测技术

Abstract: Programmed cell death (PCD) is an active response in cell biology, which widely exists in plant growth and development. It has become a hot research for life science in recent years. In this paper, progress in the detection of PCD by morphology, biochemistry and molecular biology were reviewed. Furthermore, the disadvantages for the existing detection methods of PCD were also discussed in order to lay a sound foundation for better study and use.
