摘要: 通过SC-04菌发酵液的稳定性分析及其抗菌物质的极性分析,对SC-04抗生素的分离提取方法进行了优化。抑菌谱分析表明,该分离产物抑菌谱较广,对辣椒早疫病菌和辣椒疫霉病菌等大多数病原真菌都有较好的抑制效果,且抑菌活性较强。

Abstract: The extraction and separation method of SC-04 antibiotics was optimized, based on the analysis of the bacteria fermenting liquid stability and its antibacterial material polarity. The bacteriostatic spectrum analysis showed that the bacteriostatic spectrum of the separation product is wide, and had satisfactory inhibition effect to the most pathogenic fungi such as pepper phytophthora cactorum and bacteriostatic activity was strong.
