摘要: 单核苷酸多态性(Single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)是在基因组上分布最为广泛的分子标记,已成为分子生物学的研究热点。综述SNPs在水产动物疾病、生长性状和繁殖性能等方面的研究进展,以期为水产动物养殖及分子标记辅助育种提供参考。

Abstract: Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is the most widely distributed molecular marker in genome and has become the popular issue in molecular biology. In this paper, some progresses of SNPs in aquaculture animals including disease, growth trait and reproductive performance were reviewed. We hope to provide the reference on breeding and molecular marker-assisted selection in aquaculture animals.
