摘要: 基于DNA自组装的纳米结构在近年来取得了巨大的发展。回顾了DNA纳米结构的原理和发展历程,介绍了DNA纳米结构的特点和优势,对DNA纳米结构在生物检测、纳米反应器、可控排布、纳米机器人和药物递送领域的新进展和应用进行了综述,并对DNA纳米技术的未来进行了展望。

Abstract: Studies on self-assembled DNA nanostructures have achieved great progress in recent decades. In this article, we introduced the general principles of DNA nanostructures and the history of their development. Their features and advantages are also summarized. Their applications in biosensing, nanoreactors, nanoscale spatial arrangement, nanorobots, and drug delivery have been reviewed. The future of DNA nanotechnology has also been prospected.
