摘要: 肠道菌群与糖尿病的发生发展密切相关,随着高通量测序技术的发展,越来越多的研究表明,糖尿病状态下,宿主肠道菌群的群落结构发生了变化。综述了国际上利用高通量技术研究的糖尿病状态下肠道菌群的差异的最新进展,同时从食物、药物、益生元和粪便菌群移植等方面阐述肠道菌群对糖尿病的调节机制,旨在为预防和治疗糖尿病提供新的思路。

关键词: 糖尿病, 高通量测序, 肠道菌群

Abstract: There is a metabolic link between gut microbiota and Diabetes mellitus. With the development of high throughput technologies, more and more studies show that the community structure of the gut microbiota has changed in the diabetic state. This paper reviewed the latest progress on the formation of the differences of gut microbiota in the diabetic state by the application of high throughput technologies,and also the regulatory mechanisms of gut microbiota on D. mellitus were explained from the aspects of food,drugs,prebiotics and fecal transplants.This paper provided a more methodical idea for prevention and treatment of D. mellitus.
