摘要: 鲤春病毒血症病毒(Spring viremia of carp virus,SVCV)是引起鱼类传染性病毒病鲤春病毒血症(Spring viremia of carp,SVC)的病原,对鲤科鱼类养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。囊膜糖蛋白G可介导病毒内吞,还是最主要的抗原决定簇蛋白,已成为国内外研究的热点。综述G蛋白在表达技术、病毒检测、疫苗研制等方面的研究状况,旨在为G蛋白的深入研究及鲤春病毒血症的防治提供参考。

Abstract: Spring Viremia of Carp Virus(SVCV)is the causative agent of Spring Viremia of Carp(SVC), which results in heavy economic losses in the Cyprinid fishes farming. Glycoprotein is not only considered to have a close relationship with mediating virion endocytosis, but also posseses the main antigenic determinants of SVCV, therefore studies on Glycoprotein draw more and more attentions around the world. The progresses of Glycoprotein on relative aspects including the protein expression technology, virus detecting and vaccine development were reviewed, in order to provide valuable advices for the further studies.
