摘要: RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是由小非编码RNA(small non-coding RNA,sncRNA)诱发的基因沉默现象,广泛存在于真核生物中。RNAi现象自发现以来,很快成为生物学研究的热点,并取得了一定成果。就RNAi的作用机制、作用过程的关键因子及其应用的研究进展进行综述,以期为RNAi的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract: RNA interference(RNAi)is a gene silencing phenomenon induced by small non-coding RNA(sncRNA),which is widely found in eukaryotes. RNAi has become the focus of biological research with some achievements since its discovery. In order to provide some references for the further study of RNAi,the mechanism of RNAi,the key factors involved in RNAi and the application of RNAi are reviewed in this paper.
