透明质酸酶的研究进展

摘要: 透明质酸酶是以降解透明质酸为主的糖苷酶。近年来国内外关于透明质酸酶各方面的研究日益增多,透明质酸酶的构效关系及生物学应用越来越引起人们的关注。对透明质酸酶的相关研究进行了综述,主要阐述了各类型透明质酸酶的研究概况包括人透明质酸酶、牛睾丸透明质酸酶、毒液透明质酸酶、微生物透明质酸酶。简要介绍了透明质酸酶的活性测定、酶活抑制剂及透明质酸酶制剂的应用情况,最后对透明质酸酶的研究前景进行展望。

Abstract: Hyaluronidase is a kind of glycosidase which mainly degrade hyaluronic acid. Research on hyaluronidase- a negeleted enzyme for a long time increased in recent years. we mainly reviewed the current research on the several resources of hyaluronidase, including human hyaluronidase, bovine testicular hyaluronidase, animal venom hyaluronidase and bacterical hyaluronidase. Moreover, the enzyme activity assays and clinical application were reviewed. Finally the future research on hyaluronidase was prospected.
