Cultivars Identification of Chinese Cabbage Using Multiplex EST-SSR Markers

Abstract: In this research, 12 Chinese cabbage cultivars identification method was studied by EST-SSR molecular markers technique.The results showed that there were 21 pairs of EST-SSR primers showing the amplification and 21 pairs of EST-SSR primers showing the highpolymorphism among 30 pairs of screened SSR primers, which were designed from expressed sequence tags(ESTs)in GenBank. In orderto identify Chinese cabbage high performance, using the identification results and the mutual position difference bands of 10 pairs of highlypolymorphic primers on 12 Chinese cabbage varieties cultivars, make up 2 sets of multiplex EST-SSR markers. The polymorphic rate were 88.9%and 97.0%, polymorphism information content was 0.910%, and results indicate that the 2 sets of multiplex EST-SSR markers could be used toindentification 12 Chinese cabbage cultivars high performance.
