Advances in the Studies of Ectomycorrhiza in China

Abstract

Abstract: Studies on the ectomycorrhiza in the past 10 years in China are reviewed in this paper, emphasis on investigations, identification and taxonomy, pure culture, physiological and ecological functions of ectomycorrhizal fungi, as well as application of edible ectomycorrhizal fungi in order to strengthen the utilization of them. The main problems of research and utilization of ectomycorrhiza were analyzed, and the research priorities in future were prospected.
