Abstract: Under normal conditions and simulated microgravity on the growth of Arabidopsis seedlings, the experimental results show that simulated microgravity can develop the following results:(1) affects the growth and development of Arabidopsis seedlings;(2) simulated microgravity influences Arabidopsis photosynthetic characteristics;(3) simulated microgravity affect physiological and biochemical indices of Arabidopsis;(4) simulated microgravity affects the calcium distribution of Arabidopsis. In addition, we use gene chip technology to investigate the influence of simulated microgravity on the Arabidopsis gene expression.
