摘要: 钙网蛋白(Calreticulin,CRT) 是46 kD 大小的Ca2+ 结合内质网常驻蛋白,具有调节细胞内钙浓度、增强抗原递呈及 抑制血管生成等多种生物学功能。从机体凋亡细胞的清除、抗原提呈、信号转导及与体液免疫多方面阐述近来钙网蛋白在机体免 疫调节分子机制的最新进展,以期为钙网蛋白的致病机制及免疫干预奠定理论和试验基础。

Abstract: Calreticulin (CRT) is a 46 kD Ca2+-binding resident protein which regulates cellular Ca2+ concentration and enhances angtigen presentation and inhibits angiogenesis. The review has shown that calreticulin is involved in molecular mechanism of immuno-regulation activity of calreticulin by clearance of apoptotic cells and angtigen presentation and signal transduction and humoral immunity and is expected to provide theory and experiment foundation for the pathogenic mechanisms and immune interventions of CRT.
