植物Rab蛋白家族的研究进展

摘要: Rab家族是一类非常重要的小G蛋白,在多种细胞生理活动中都起着至关重要的作用。高等植物进化出了一组独特的Rab蛋白来满足各种细胞物质运输的特定需要。细胞内Rab蛋白感知上游信号通过自身活性的调节影响植物生长发育及对环境胁迫的反应。对植物Rab蛋白进化特点、结构特征及各成员在植物信号转导、生长发育和胁迫响应中的功能进行了综述。

Abstract: As a kind of important small G protein,Rab family plays an integral role in various physiological activities of eukaryotic cell. Higher plants have evolved a unique set of Rab GTPases that presumably meet the specific demands of plant cell trafficking. Rab proteins involve in the regulation of plant growth and development,and the response to environmental stresses through the change of own activity by the perception of upstream signals. Here we review the research progresses of Rab family in respects of evolution characteristics,structural features,and functions of members in the signal transduction,growth and development,and stress responses in plant.
