链霉菌次级代谢物及其应用研究进展

摘要: 链霉菌作为一种普遍存在于土壤中的微生物资源,因其能产生新药用抗生素等一些天然活性物质,具有巨大的商业和医用开发价值。主要从抗生素、酶类和其他成分3 个方面综述了近年来从陆地、海洋和一些极端环境等生境中分离出的链霉菌及其所产生次级代谢产物的新的类型,并对这些新型代谢产物在农业、医药和环境修复等不同领域潜在应用前景进行总结。

关键词: 链霉菌, 次级代谢物, 抗生素, 酶类

Abstract: Streptomyces widely distributed in the soil as a common microorganisms, researcher had focused much attention on them since they could produce some antibiotics applied in medical and other natural substances, so it has tremendous commercial and medical exploitation value. The research progresses on the kinds of secondary metabolites of Streptomyces isolated from terrestrial and marine habitats as well as extreme environment were reviewed. Meanwhile, The potential applications of the novel metabolites produced by Streptomyces in agriculture, medicine, environmental remediation and other fields in recent years were summarized.
