摘要: 利用成簇规律间隔短回文重复(Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats,CRISPR)序列开展基因编辑的技术系统于2012年问世以来,因其具有同时编辑多个位点、编辑效率高、设计过程简单易操作等优点,短短5年时间已成为医药、农业、环保等领域的热门技术。基于国家知识产权局专利检索及分析系统,对2006-2017年全球范围内有关CRISPR相关领域的专利进行统计分析,并对未来CRISPR基因编辑技术提出展望,以期了解当前该领域技术的研发态势、研发热点、技术分布与竞争格局。

Abstract: Since the advent of the technology system for gene editing by clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)in 2012,it has been developed rapidly in the fields of medicine,agriculture and environmental protection in just five years due to its characteristics,such as editing multiple sites simultaneously,high efficiency of editing and easy operation of design process,etc. A statistical analysis of the world-wide patents in the field of the CRISPR from 2006-2017 is accomplished based on patent search and service system of SIPO,and the future CRISPR gene editing technology is prospected,aiming at understanding the current situation,development trends,hotspot,distribution and competition pattern in this field.
