摘要: CRISPR/Cas系统为细菌与古细菌中抵御外源病毒和质粒DNA入侵的获得性免疫机制系统。作为一种新型的基因组编辑技术,具有设计简单、特异性强、效率高等优点,为基因组定向改造调控和应用带来了突破性的革命。就CRISPR/Cas系统的研究背景、存在类型以及TypeⅡ和TypeⅢ CRISPR系统的基本作用原理和新的研究突破做了较为详尽的介绍,以便为读者和相关领域的研究者提供参考。

Abstract: The CRISPR/Cas is a system of immune mechanism for bacteria and archaea against exogenous virus and plasmid DNA invasion. As a novel genome editing technology,it possesses the advantages of a simple design,strong specificity,and high efficiency,bringing revolutionary breakthrough for genome directional modification,regulation and application. We introduce the research background,the existence type of the CRISPR/Cas system,and basic action mechanism of Type II and Type III CRISPR system and new research breakthrough in detailed,for providing the reference for readers and researchers in related fields.
